At SUNPAN our main focus continues to be you, our customers, who have made the last 10 years a time of incredible growth.
We recognize how quickly the home furnishings business is changing. To remain leaders in our industry, we need to embrace these changes and focus on new and exciting ways to continue growing. We have over 100 introductions this season with an emphasis on design and most importantly quality. The live inventory feature on our website, which allows registered clients to view our inventory in real time, has been a huge success. Having this information at your fingertips is more important than ever.
We are proud of our diverse customer base which includes dealers and design firms in over 10 countries. You can now view our products at showrooms in Chicago, High Point, Las Vegas, Miami and Toronto. For the first time in 2009, we will be participating in the Hospitality and Design Show in Las Vegas and the International Furniture Expo in Shanghai. Product development has never been more important. We have recently hired a design firm based in Spain to create more exclusive and interesting designs for us. We believe that placing more emphasis on new and unique products will help us maintain our leadership in the industry.
New categories such as bedroom and more designs geared toward the hotel and hospitality trade are a larger part of our line up this year. You will also find expanded dining room and barstool selections ranging from very modern to transitional. We have also introduced solid woods from Southern Asia that give some of our new occasional pieces an exotic flavour.
We continue to maintain high levels of inventory in over 120 thousand square feet of warehousing. Also, we are now offering mixed containers from multiple factories with the help of our logistics and quality control teams based in southern China. This allows you the option of buying with quick delivery times from our warehouse or enjoying container pricing with low minimums from a select group of factories via direct container.
